At The Hobby Grade, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide quality products and a hassle-free return process.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
To qualify for a return:
- A clear unboxing/opening video of the package showing the damage is mandatory.
- The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging with all accessories.
- The return request must be submitted within 7 to 10 days from the date of delivery.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at Hello@thehobbygrade.com with your Order ID and the unboxing video.
- Our support team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
- If your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide instructions for returning the product.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges. A replacement will be provided only if the product is found to be damaged or defective and meets our return eligibility criteria.
Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and verified, refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products returned without a valid unboxing/opening video.
- Used, damaged, or altered products not caused during transit.
- Return requests made after the 10-day return period.
